Forge Flightworks can now be your one-stop shop for a broad array of services for your general aviation aircraft.

Since our company began in 1981, we’ve offered a complete set of avionics installation, avionics repair and avionics maintenance capabilities.  Our avionics work has garnered 20 annual awards as one of the top 10 avionics service centers in the United States.  Our customer satisfaction ratings remain consistently high.

In 2021, we changed our company name from Carpenter Avionics to Forge Flightworks to signal an expansion in our mission, as we began offering custom aircraft interiors initially as a business development partnering initiative, and in 2023, with the formation of our own aircraft interiors team.  Forge Flightworks now performs custom aircraft interiors and custom automotive interiors that are simply stunning.  Forge also has begun to offer an incredible level of interior back-shop capabilities for multiple industries that need precision perforation, sewing and quilting of leather or other material for interiors in aircraft, motorcoach, automotive, marine and other specialized applications.

In 2023, Forge Flightworks secured FAA approval to expand our FAA Part 145 Certificate authorization to include Engine and Fabric.  This means, Forge Flightworks can provide a full array of aircraft annual inspections or other scheduled inspections, engine and airframe repairs, aircraft engine oil changes, and other services.  Forge began to offer these aircraft maintenance services on a limited basis in 2023, and on a broader and deeper basis in 2024.

We apply our values to everything we do every day.  We know we are only as good as the last project we complete.
