Forge now has an immediate need for a Craftsman (Level II) or Master (Level III) Aircraft Interiors Artisan.  The Interiors Artisan, under minimal supervision, removes and installs aircraft interior items and fabricates some of these hard-surface or soft-surface elements.

In this role, the Interiors Artisan may perform sheet metal tasks, such as drilling or riveting; perform cabinetry/woodworking tasks; operate sheet metal hand tools, light industrial sewing tools, laser cutting tools or similar. The Interiors Artisan will be a primary resource to remove/re-install aircraft glass and aircraft interior components, and perform other related interiors performance and comfort modifications.  The Interiors Artisan also may perform painting and finish work on such projects.  This role reports to the leader of the Forge Flightworks Aircraft Interiors team.

This Craftsman/Master-level Interiors Artisan will be experienced enough to work not only alone in a productive, self-driven way, but also would be able to act as lead/supervisor on his or her own aircraft projects potentially overseeing one or two other team members from time to time.
